Providing your items are in stock, Non-personalised orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse.

Personalised orders are usually shipped within 4-6 working days from our warehouse.

Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Wedding Season/Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in a slight processing or shipping delays.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery time in India varies from 2-7 working days after shipping, depending on the servicability as per the logistics/ courier partner.

Standard international delivery time varies between 10-14 working days after shipping, depending on the destination country and logistics partner.

Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, you may get in touch with our team for the same.

We do not take any responsibility for goods being delayed due to shipping constraints or being held in your country due to customs/border clearance procedures.

Orders are dispatched from Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays). For Rush/Urgent orders kindly get in touch with our team before placing the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic orders: A flat fee of INR 149 is charged for shipping on all domestic prepaid orders below 5000 INR.

Prepaid orders above 5000 INR are eligible for free shipping. The displayed product prices are inclusive of all Indian taxes .

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged INR 199 as shipping fee. International orders : Shipping fee depends on the weight of the items and number(quantity).

Shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page accordingly.
Offers: We may from time to time offer free international shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid and the above will be terminated for that duration.

TAXES & DUTIES

For International customers ( when applicable ) :

  • International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if applicable.

  • In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc .), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

  • Please contact our team for queries regarding import duties & customs. We will be happy to assist you and provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience.

EXCEPTIONS

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible or the buyer is not responding to calls by the logistics partner, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Lachi is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Lachi. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Lachi , including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by store credits/full refund (only possible in case of non-personalised orders). However , if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO( Return To Origin) due to incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund or store credit will be offered. The shipment maybe resent to you on payment of the shipment charges including the RTO charges.
